We are interested in obtaining a commercial iPXE license without GPL.
Please respond with confirmation you can sale us the commercial license and

Have you talked to your licensing department?
Some parts of iPXE depends code provided by different individuals, trying
to change license is a huge undertaking.
Some builds of iPXE can be used under the UBDL license, see
https://git.ipxe.org/ipxe.git/blob/d5f7ee60e7228d8d62507087bbb39c733a622939:/COPYING.UBDL
For a baseline if that license can be used see http://ipxe.org/licensing

If you have a limited build that you need to have under different license
you can always reach out to http://www.fensystems.co.uk/contact.php
But having the whole codebase under non GPL will be impossible.
Also having it under a license where you don't need to release changes to
the sourcecode is probably even more impossible.
